About Fake Sweets
"Fake sweet" is a new craft that was born in Japan around 2007 when the reality of food samples, which is a traditional Japanese culture, and the playfulness of modern women encounter. Everyone is handmade one by one using the materials available to the general public.

永遠にそばにいる美味しいお菓子「フェイクスイーツ」は日本の伝統文化である食品サンプルのリアルさと、現代女性の遊び心が出会い2007年頃に日本で生まれた新しいクラフトです。一般の方にも手に入る材料を使って一つ一つハンドメイドで作られています。

About Clay Patissiere
Over the course of a year I train "clay patissiere" which teaches teaching how to make a fake sweetness that certified knowledge and experience as a lecturer.
Approximately 500 membar were registered as of 2017, and they are active as writers and lecturers.
